Wholesale USA Shipping Policy

Garnier-Thiebaut France Collection

Garnier-Thiebaut France Table Linen and Accessories collection (stock in USA, except fabric rolls) and Fashion for Home Collection ( stock in USA):

  • Minimum opening order is $500.
  • No minimum reorder. 
  • Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order after the order is placed, starting at $30.

Wholesale USA Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery and must be pre-approved by a Garnier-Thiebaut team member who will provide a Return Authorization number. Customer has 15 days after receiving the Return Authorization number to send the products back to Garnier-Thiebaut for credit.

If you received a product that you believe is defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact Garnier-Thiebaut customer service at info@gtlinens.com or 1.888.9.LINENS (ext.106).

For other return reasons, a 20% restocking fee may apply, as well as a return shipping cost.

  • Minimum opening order is $500.
  • No minimum reorder.
  • Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order via UPS.

 

 

Wholesale Canada Return Policy

No product may be returned without G-T’s prior written consent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A handling charge may be charged on all approved returns, which must have a G-T Return Goods Authorization form attached. A 20% restocking fee, and both original and return charges for all goods returned, will be charged.
