Returned items must be unused, unlaundered, in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that discounted and sale items are final sale only and returns will not be accepted, unless the item does not meet our quality standards.
We ship Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, except Items shipping from France, which may take 10-14 days from the date of the order. Orders placed during major holiday sale events may experience additional delays.
