Shipping and Returns

Can I return products on sale?

No, there are no returns or exchanges on items that are discounted. All sales are final without exception.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship all orders UPS Ground from Virginia. This is currently our only shipping method. We are not able to deliver to USPS Post Office Box or APO addresses.

How can I follow my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you. You can also get your tracking information and follow your order by logging in to your account.

Can I edit the shipping address on my order after it has shipped?

No. Once your order has shipped we can no longer edit the shipping address. You can try to contact the courier directly to see if they can modify the address on their end.

I received a package but it only contains part of my order. Where are the remaining items?

In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple shipments.  You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

My order has been marked as delivered but I haven’t received it.

Please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation. Check anywhere where the postal carrier could have left the package. If the package still hasn't shown up within 3 business days, please reach us by email or phone.

How do I process a return?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost).
Returned items must be unused, unlaundered, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not comply with our return policy. 

To process a return you have to send back your package to Garmier Thiebaut Retail, 1044 commerce Lane 24592 South Boston, VA. The packing slip must be enclosed. Please keep in mind that all sales items are final sales and cannot be refunded.
